The family-run bakery Bäcker Schrader is looking for support as a baker journeyman (m/f/d) – full-time/part-time at the Apensen location. We are looking for you starting immediately as a baker journeyman (m/f/d) in full-time or part-time. Your place of work is our central bakehouse in Apensen. Duties include, among other things, producing bread, rolls and fine pastries according to traditional recipes, working with modern machines and genuine craftsmanship standards, monitoring and supporting ongoing baking processes, complying with quality and hygiene standards, and close collaboration within the bakehouse team. Applicants work at Bäcker Schrader in a craft-oriented family business focused on fresh baked goods, branch supply and on-site service.
