Bäckerei Zimmer is looking for branch managers who, as the face of the store, lead the team and organize day-to-day operations. Responsibilities include shift planning, smooth workflows, monitoring stock levels, a well-kept store appearance, as well as helping out in sales and training new colleagues. Important are organizational talent, a sensitive approach to people, and strengthening the team in the family business with 18 branches.
