Bakery Tiedemann is training bakers for the bakery in Altenwalde starting in autumn. In its own production, breads, rolls and other baked goods are made from natural ingredients and traditional recipes without industrial supply. Apprentices learn craft baking in a family business in its third generation with a branch network in Cuxhaven, Bremerhaven and the surrounding area.
