Bäckerei Weiß & Sohn GmbH is looking for apprentices to become bakers and actively involves them in the development of recipes. During the apprenticeship, bread and rolls, baked goods made from puff, shortcrust or yeast dough, cakes, desserts and party pastries are produced. This includes weighing and mixing ingredients, monitoring dough formation and fermentation, loading the ovens as well as glazing and decorating. Innovative technology, regional ingredients and an apprentice mentor support the path; apprentice pay starts at €1,000 in the first year of training and opens up prospects in production in Tostedt.
